The primary responsibility of the Marketing Administrator is to be a critical in-person Marketing presence in Mandan for the plant and the local BisMan community, as the Marketing team works remotely across multiple states and time zones.
Exceptional organizational, communications and people skills are essential to the success of this position.
You must be a detail-oriented, independent, and quick learner with superior written and verbal communication skills and possess the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently. You will be a part of a small, cohesive marketing team with a wide range of marketing experience and backgrounds.
The role will be responsible for wearing multiple hats and must embody key principles to the Cloverdale culture: Family, Hungry, Adventurer. This person must be comfortable utilizing, modifying, or creating processes and infrastructures; yet flexible enough to be a “digger” to find creative solutions when incomplete info is available.
The Marketing Administrator must possess the ability to foster strong collaborations with remote teammates and internal cross-functional partners (Human Resources, Operations, Sales and Senior Leadership). The Marketing Administrator will serve as a brand ambassador of Cloverdale within the local Bis-Man community and will foster and manage community partnerships and donations. This individual must also handle consumer enquiries with extreme care, diplomacy and responsiveness.
Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Consumer Affairs: 25%
- Monitor CF Marketing and Blue Ribbon emails received via the website, and voicemails
- Follow up directly to resolve (aka Whoopsie/Loyalty coupons) as needed
- Create monthly summary reports and cascade Consumer Complaints to cross-functional Ops team
- Elevate concerns to Mktg leadership on sensitive issues, or greatly increased frequency/volume
- 2 Corporate Responsibility: 25%
- Coordinate existing corporate sponsorship and donations processes
- Partner with the CCS for fulfillment of product commitments
- 3 Sales Support: 15%
- Merch store order and inventory management for sales promo items as needed for sales rep support
- Syndigo Intake – partner with Samples to get updated and new products sent to Syndigo
- Inmar redemption house RT promotional coupon code management and tracking
- Additional admin sales support/coordination as needed
- 4 Event Marketing: 10%
- Cloverdale brand ambassadorship, product sampling and event auditing to support existing local sports marketing partnerships and athlete sponsorships (i.e. Bobcats, Larks, Team UOA, JMO, etc.)
- Ticket tracking and distribution to internal Cloverdale employees
- 5 Project Management: 10%
- Utilize Monday.com project management platform to support Marketing team and key responsibilities
- Ensure that projects are delivered on time and within set budget parameters
- Shipping, marketing PO input, Marketing dept. mail responses/routing as needed
- 6 Social Media Scheduling and Monitoring: 5%
- Schedule proactive Cloverdale branded posts in Later.com
- Monitor post engagement
- Elevate concerns to Mktg leadership on sensitive issues
- 7 #forthedale Projects: 5%
- Represent the Marketing team to support cross-functional internal Cloverdale project needs for Mandan HQ
Qualifications
· 2+ years of progressive project management experience.
· Some college. Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree not mandatory.
· Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning.

· Willing to get hands dirty while possessing the ability to think strategically.
· Ability to effectively manage time, coordinate multiple tasks and adjust schedules to meet deadlines and goals in a fast-paced environment.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills.
· Effective in managing complex program executions through superior organization, communication skills and attention to detail.
· Demonstrated ability to develop synergistic vendor relations.
· Willingness to track accountability through tracking data and being aware of all tools to hold the standard for office protocols and procedures.
· Willingness to embrace Cloverdale’s commitment to Organizational Health.
· Advanced computer skills including use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
· Familiarity/high comfort level with technology platforms for project and data management.
· Valid Driver’s License.
· May travel locally for business <5% of work time.
