Ashlar Homes is seeking a creative and organized Marketing Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in elevating our brand presence through social media, video production, and graphic design. The ideal candidate is proficient with Canva, experienced in video editing, and has a keen eye for visuals to assist with content creation across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Create, design, and schedule social media posts using Canva and other design tools.
• Shoot, edit, and produce videos for marketing purposes, including home tours, events, and promotional content.
• Assist in the creation of marketing collateral, including flyers, brochures, and presentations.
• Collaborate with team members to align content with the company’s overall marketing and sales goals.
• Acquire new followers by filling gaps in our marketing content output and expanding reach to new audiences.
• Track and report social media analytics to optimize performance and engagement.
• Stay current on social media trends and best practices to improve our digital presence.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and video editing.
• Proficient in Canva and other graphic design software.
• Basic photography skills.
• Knowledge of video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
• Strong understanding of social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
