Job Description:

Are you an aspiring marketing professional who wants hands-on experience planning events and brand strategy, if you are passionate about food then this position is for you! As the Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for working closely with the assistant marketing coordinator to facilitate our established KPIs and effectively lead an Event Team's operation. Duties include maintaining a full and robust schedule of events, managing employees scheduling, innovating creative solutions to develop a unique in-person shopping experience, copywriting, social media, and newsletter content.

Objectives:

• Manage our Event Teams and help them meet Sales KPIs

• Formulate an effective plan for connecting with customers both in person and online via various channels like social media, email, and traditional media

• Maintain relationships with market organizers and find potential leads

• Create a robust event schedule filled with farmers markets, in-store demos, local events, and many more!

JobTimeline & Pay: Full Time $18-20 per hour,

Desired Qualifications:

• Sales experience

• Organized, positive attitude

• Experience writing for small brands or other applicable media experience such as photography or videography

• Ability to effectively lead a team of 2-4 others to accomplish key brand KPIs

Required Qualifications:

• Must have a computer or laptop

• 1-2 years of management experience

• Proficient in Google Suite

• 1-2 years of some kind of media experience

• Highschool or GED equivalent

• Ability to think critically and solve problems independently

• Instinctive ability to lead others

• Must have a driver’s license & car with reliable transportation
