Job Description

Responsibilities:

Maintain newsletters, marketing materials inventory
Assist with customer portal management, dashboard creation, and CRM management
Support event planning and logistics
Provide customer support via CRM, email, chat, and phone
Conduct reporting and research
Digital and print marketing asset creation
Work in Illustrator and Photoshop

Skills (Bonus to Have):

Experience with Zapier or other automation tools
Salesforce or other CRM experience
Proficiency in Illustrator and Photoshop
Experience with Pardot or other email-building platforms
Google Drive experience
