Our people are our greatest asset and the core of our success. We are seeking an efficient and detail-oriented Sales Support and Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic Marketing Team. This part-time role will support our national programs sales network by contributing to marketing efforts that drive growth, developing collateral that facilitates client partnerships, and providing administrative assistance as necessary. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Sales Support: Develop client presentations, quarterly business reviews, and marketing collateral for trade shows. Support the development of a repository of templates and presentations to enable rapid iteration and facilitate self-service. Build and maintain contact databases for lead generation activities, including proactive outreach and email campaigns. Assist with follow-up activities for sales leads, ensuring timely communication with prospects and clients. Marketing Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement email marketing strategies aimed at lead generation and client nurturing. Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Contribute to the planning and execution of promotional events and trade shows. Support the development of engaging marketing materials, including brochures, one pagers, mini brochures, and online content, to enhance national programs. General Duties: Update and manage the team intranet to ensure easy access to essential documents. Provide administrative support to the Marketing Department as needed. Perform other duties as assigned by AVP of Marketing. QUALIFICATIONS: In-office position at Stoughton, MA headquarters. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in sales support, marketing, or a similar role. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with digital marketing platforms, including beautiful.ai, ZoomInfo, and Constant Contact, is a plus. Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
