Director of Global Product Marketing As the Director of Global Product Marketing, you’ll work cross-functionally between marketing, product, engineering, sales, and customer success to drive collaboration and ensure alignment of our product messaging. You’ll be responsible for telling the world the story of Onum’s Platform as you craft the positioning strategy, laying a strong market foundation, and executing our go-to-market plans. This role reports to the SVP of Global Marketing and requires establishing a strong foundation of product positioning that aligns with customers' pain points, desired outcomes, and “jobs to be done.” We strongly believe product marketing is the foundation of our overall marketing strategy, bringing to the forefront the customers and the value we can help them create. What You Will Get To Do: Bring new features to market by leading the messaging, launch strategy, timelines, and distribution vehicles (including in-product, email, website, video, blog, etc) to ensure market coverage occurs in a consistent and orchestrated fashion Develop optimized product positioning and messaging for Onum’s target audiences across multiple channels Contribute product and market expertise to support content development across external presentations, videos, the website, webinars, technical blogs, demos, workshops, etc Enable sellers to effectively position our offerings by delivering successful enablement programs and training, such as sales decks, collateral, case studies, demos, and ROI materials Understand market trends, the competitive landscape, customer requirements, buyer behavior, and the ecosystem to better identify market opportunities and demand for Onum’s offerings Develop and execute an analyst relations strategy to enhance Onum’s visibility and reputation in the market Build and manage a team of product marketers Who You Are: 8 years of experience leading and scaling a Product Marketing team at an enterprise SaaS company and marketing highly technical products Experience working in the data or analytics space is highly desirable Experience working on a global team is highly desirable Self-starter who can build the strategy while executing the tactics Strong project management and prioritization skills Ability to influence senior executives and build trust and mutual respect across functions and all levels of the organization Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, especially with product and sales teams Exceptional storytelling and communication skills with the ability to turn complex data, technology, and concepts into clear communications Growth mindset: comfortable with undefined processes and experimentation; excited to work on new initiatives that fuel growth
