Director, Marketing & Communications In the newly created Director, Marketing & Communications position, you will develop, implement, track, and optimize Corbin's content marketing strategy across traditional and digital communication channels (i.e., press releases, website content, emails, podcasts, webinars, social media). You will be responsible for content origination, proofing, editing, and scripting to help amplify our brand, more effectively connect with our current audience, and target new audiences. By bringing your passion and energy as well as industry best practice to Corbin Advisors, you will be a key contributor to achieving our Company vision. You will report to the SVP & Head of Marketing and Communications. Core Responsibilities Brand Amplification: Collaborate with CEO, business and functional leadership, and the Research Center of Excellence to amplify brand and subject matter expert profiles. Assist with refining and building the Corbin Advisors' value proposition and capabilities story to drive greater consistency in the marketplace. Content Creation and Management : Create/write compelling, engaging, and on-brand promotional content, including articles, website content, press releases, social media posts, research launches, and podcasts and webinars, that can be used for media pitches and on owned channels. Support the development of the annual content calendar and ensure delivers against strategic priorities. Public Relations : Engage and partner with external PR agency to promote our thought leadership, brand, and overall value proposition. Event Promotion : Assist with overall event management and sponsorships, preparing key talent and ensuring Corbin Advisors delivers an industry-leading experience. Data Analysis : Develop, track and report on key performance indicators in a timely manner. Requirements Bachelor's degree in marketing plus 10 years related field years of marketing, communications and brand management experience with a proven track record of results Writing expertise is required Expert proofing and editing skills with deep experience across all genres (i.e., long-form written content, website content, scripting of podcasts, press releases, social media content, email marketing) Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills, experience leading cross-functional and agency teams Excellent written and oral communications. Ability to develop and present compelling, engaging and polished PowerPoint presentations that inform, inspire and influence Strong capital/equity markets, business, finance, or corporate experience Deep organizational and execution skillset Extremely passionate and savvy about building written content
