TK Elevator is seeking a strategic Director of Marketing to lead traditional and digital initiatives focused on enhancing customer experience and driving growth. This role will oversee marketing strategies to boost brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue. The Director will manage customer experience projects, including the Net Promoter Score (NPS) survey and Customer Portal. As a visionary leader, they will collaborate cross-functionally to ensure the successful execution of multi-channel campaigns that position TK Elevator as an industry leader in the Americas.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Marketing Strategy Development: Design and implement a holistic marketing strategy that integrates traditional and digital channels to drive awareness, engagement, and growth. Ensure marketing efforts are aligned with business objectives, enhancing the visibility of TK Elevator's products and services across the Americas. Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities and market trends, optimizing marketing strategies to increase revenue and market share. Bring experience designing and implementing modern marketing processes aimed at supporting market presence. Work closely with sales, communications, manufacturing, engineering, finance, Product Lifecycle Management, digital and other key stakeholders to align marketing efforts with business goals.
Traditional and Digital Marketing: Oversee traditional marketing efforts (print ads, direct mail, trade shows, events, sponsorships). Collaborate with sales and product teams to deliver region-specific marketing programs. Lead digital marketing (website, SEO/SEM, email, paid campaigns) to maintain a strong online presence. Optimize marketing automation tools to improve lead generation and conversion. Support product launches and manage go-to-market strategies across service, modernization and new installation service lines. Manage external agency relationships as needed.
Customer Experience and NPS: Lead our Customer Experience team who support our customers' needs via the Customer Portal. Continuously improve the NPS strategy, ensuring effective survey distribution and analysis. Lead initiatives to enhance customer experience across all touchpoints, identifying pain points and developing strategies to improve customer retention and satisfaction. Work with cross-functional teams (customer service, sales) to enhance the customer experience.
Brand Management: Champion the TK Elevator brand, ensuring consistency and resonance of all marketing materials, messaging and campaigns across various platforms. Collaborate with the communications team to align internal and external messaging with company vision.
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor and motivate a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability and collaboration. Provide clear direction and ongoing support to ensure successful execution.
Budget Management and Reporting: Manage the marketing budget for optimal resource allocation and return on investment. Track and analyze performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior leadership with actionable insights and recommendations.
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field; MBA preferred. Expertise in digital marketing tools, SEO, SEM and automation platforms. Proven ability to develop and execute marketing plans across channels. Strong leadership, team-building, and decision-making skills. Expertise in customer experience management, NPS improvement, and data-driven marketing strategies. Experience in B2B or industrial sectors preferred. 10 years in marketing Demonstrated success in customer experience management and NPS improvement.
