The Director of Marketing is a strategic leader responsible for shaping and driving the marketing vision for our high-end, luxury design build remodeling services. This role will lead the development, implementation, and execution of a comprehensive marketing and brand strategy that aligns with our reputation for quality, innovation, and bespoke client experiences. The Director of Marketing will oversee all aspects of marketing, including brand positioning, digital and traditional marketing campaigns, content strategy, social media, public relations, and event marketing, ensuring a cohesive approach across all platforms.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Marketing Strategy: Design and implement a strategic marketing plan that supports the company's growth goals and enhances brand awareness among affluent clientele in the luxury design-build home remodeling space.
  • Brand Management: Shape and maintain a strong, consistent brand identity that reflects our values and commitment to superior craftsmanship and client experience, ensuring brand integrity across all touchpoints.
  • Digital Marketing Leadership: Leverage digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email campaigns, to target new clientele and generate quality leads.
  • Client Engagement: Create and manage content that resonates with our target audience, emphasizing storytelling and visual appeal to highlight our expertise in custom home transformations.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize data analytics and market research to inform marketing strategies, track campaign effectiveness, and make data-driven adjustments to maximize ROI.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Design, and Operations teams to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with project timelines, sales goals, and client expectations.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and develop a marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • 10-15+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong emphasis on luxury brands, real estate, architecture, or home design.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading high-impact marketing initiatives, driving brand growth, and managing marketing budgets.
  • Expertise in digital marketing, analytics, and lead generation for high-value products or services.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a compelling way.
  • Ability to think strategically while executing with a hands-on approach.
  • Passion for design, architecture, and the luxury lifestyle market, with a keen understanding of the expectations of high-net-worth clients.
