Your Future Team
As the Manager, Marketing Operations, you will be responsible for creating, implementing, and optimizing the technology and processes that support the Advisor Marketing department and the company's 100+ individual advisor teams. You will manage the coordination of processes and marketing technology, working across compliance, vendor management, advisor solutions, M&A, and advisor teams. You will work to demonstrate the value of marketing efforts with regular reporting and inform strategic decision-making, reporting to the Executive Director, Marketing Growth & Operations.
What You'll Do
Vendor and Marketing Technology Management
Oversee the marketing automation platform (Hubspot) to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and strategies, setting the standards for best practices for administrators and advisors.
Define the list of cleaning processes to boost engagement rates, remove bounces, and sunset disinterested subscribers.
Manage marketing vendor relationships and technologies, integrating automation into processes and workflows, tracking budgets, and working cross-functionally with the Platform and Innovation team to ensure marketing and advisors have the tools needed to grow.
Advisor Support Manage the intake and resolution of all marketing-related tickets.
Act as the first point of contact for new advisor teams, ensuring teams are onboarded and trained, connecting them with the marketing tools and resources needed to operate.
Ensures advisor teams are kept informed of marketing updates, processes, marketing compliance resources, and technology.
Pilot Project Management Assist with the company's marketing pilot programs, structuring and facilitating the testing of new technologies and the rollout of successful tools across advisor teams.
Performance Reporting and Optimization Build and maintain marketing performance reports and capacity tracking to inform campaign strategy and project planning, while finding opportunities to optimize growth and efficiency.
Team Management Directly manage one marketing administrator while leading and influencing teams to drive success with marketing technology and processes.
What You'll Bring Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
5+ years of experience in marketing operations or growth marketing within the financial services industry or a related field
Expertise with HubSpot marketing platform (required)
Experience working in Asana or similar project management software
Strong leadership and communication skills with experience managing high-profile projects
Experience with digital marketing channels, analytics, and performance-tracking tools
Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements within the financial services industry
The ability to stay up-to-date with industry trends and new marketing technologies
