Marketing Coordinator III Location: Maplewood, MN (Hybrid, 20% onsite) As a Consumer Experience Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of the integrated marketing communications for the Filtrete™ Brand in US and Canada, across defined consumer touchpoints. You'll work in partnership with the global and area marketing managers of the Home Environment Market portfolio, within the Consumer Business Group Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: • Leading the consumer experience of the Filtrete™ Brand's loyalty content, email marketing, website, ecommerce content, and lifting brand promotions in 2025. • Supporting the planning, development, and execution of holistic, integrated marketing communications programs and tactics to increase awareness and drive purchase intent for the Filtrete™ Brand. Program tactics include SEO enhancements and digital programs, social media, and digital advertising & media. • Managing agency partnerships and fulfillment vendors to ensure continued strategic alignment and executional excellence. • Managing and tracking campaigns/programs with quarterly reports capturing tracked metrics, learnings, and recommendations, in partnership with portfolio marketers, global marketing center, and agency partners. • Partnering directly with portfolio marketing, tech service, shopper, and training teams to produce and distribute content to the area and shopper marketing teams, in support of executing marketing strategies and plans to help drive customers through the decision journey. • Partnering directly with the Consumer Business Group's Global Marketing Center to support and drive efficient, effective, and integrated programs. Additional Job Description To set you up for success in this role from day one, requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications: • Bachelor's degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution • Three (3) years of developing integrated B2C marketing communications programs (including loyalty programs and promotions through both owned and paid media channels). • Experience working with and managing advertising agencies (required) Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: • Master's Degree focused in Marketing or Communications. • Minimum three (3) years' experience executing or developing branding and/or marketing strategies. • Minimum three (3) years' experience working on digital loyalty marketing and communication programs. • Minimum three (3) years' consumer brand or product marketing experience. • Strong interpersonal skills in working with direct and cross functional teams. • Strong project management skills. #DICE cschulz@c4techservices.com
