We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Marketing Manager Trainee to join our growing marketing team.

Position Overview:
As a Marketing Manager Trainee, you will gain hands-on experience working alongside a talented team of marketing and sales professionals. This entry-level program is designed to provide you with comprehensive training and exposure to all aspects of marketing management, including strategy development, campaign execution, direct marketing, sales research, and brand management. You'll have the opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects while receiving mentorship and guidance from seasoned experts in the field.

Marketing Manager Trainee Responsibilities:

• Assist in Marketing Campaigns: Support the planning, development, and execution of sales and marketing campaigns across various channels
• Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to identify sales  trends, customer insights, and competitor activity. Use data to help refine marketing strategies
• Sales Solutions: Process all sales orders for customers and be a part of their tech transition by starting their process and following up to the very end to customer satisfaction
• Performance Tracking & Reporting: Assist in monitoring and analyzing the performance of sales projects
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and creative teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing strategies
