Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Corporate Marketing Manager to lead and oversee company-wide marketing initiatives, integrated campaigns, and digital strategies. This role will collaborate closely with our communications and creative teams, as well as business stakeholders, to identify marketing needs and target audiences. The ideal candidate will be responsible for drafting and executing integrated marketing and communications plans that align with the company’s strategic goals. This position plays a crucial role in enhancing our brand presence, crafting compelling content, and generating leads through comprehensive marketing efforts across all channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns across multiple channels (digital, social, print, etc.) that align with company goals, drive brand awareness/consideration, and lead generation across our 22 offices.
- Integrated Campaign Management: Work with business stakeholders to identify marketing needs and target audiences, drafting and executing integrated marketing and communications plans to effectively reach and engage these groups.
- Content Development & Collaboration: Collaborate with the communications and creative teams to produce engaging content and materials, including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, webinars, social media posts, etc.
- Digital Marketing Oversight: Manage digital marketing efforts, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, paid social media, and web properties, ensuring consistency in branding and messaging across all channels, and develop and tracking of KPIs.
- Lead Nurturing & Conversion: Oversee lead nurturing processes, developing strategies to convert leads into clients through targeted marketing initiatives and campaigns and collaboration with business development and key stakeholders.
- Creative Brief Management: Create and manage creative briefs for marketing projects, ensuring alignment with company objectives and brand guidelines.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting: Identify and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve results. Use analytics tools to monitor and evaluate the success of marketing initiatives, identifying areas for optimization and reporting key insights to stakeholders.
- Market Trends & Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in B2B marketing and the AEC industry, continuously seeking opportunities to innovate and optimize marketing efforts. Conduct market analysis to understand customer behaviors, competitors, and industry trends. Use insights to inform marketing tactics and positioning.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital media, email marketing, and integrated campaigns, preferably within the engineering, construction, architecture sectors or B2B consulting/professional services.
- Proven experience in account based marketing, lead nurturing and developing marketing strategies that drive business growth.
- Strong skills in drafting creative briefs and identifying/reporting on KPIs.
- Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders, including technical experts and senior leadership.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, email marketing tools, and CRM systems such as Microsoft Dynamics.
- Understanding of content marketing and experience running social campaigns, specifically on LinkedIn.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
