We are looking for a well-rounded, dynamic senior marketing professional with strong experience in brand management, messaging and positioning, customer segmentation, email marketing, promotions, Ecommerce, and digital marketing. This individual will think strategically and analytically while crafting innovative GTM plans and carrying them through execution and beyond. They will have the ability to analyze and understand results to drive business growth and profitability. Location: Remote. Supervisory Responsibilities: None. Duties/Responsibilities: Strategic Omni-Channel Marketing: Spearhead the development and execution of innovative and comprehensive marketing strategies and plans utilizing a full funnel, omni-channel strategy to ensure a seamless integration across all channels that resonates with our brand's core values and voice, driving organizational objectives. Digital Marketing and Promotion Oversight: Manage the creation of marketing assets and messaging through the development of marketing briefs. These briefs will guide the creation of assets such as website copy, landing pages, review of email content, videos, social media calendars and review of article/blog copy and providing creative direction for asset design. Work closely with internal and external partners to develop deliverables according to launch timelines. Data Analysis for Growth: Design data-driven, targeted marketing strategies to deliver messages which are prioritized, personalized, and simultaneously beneficial to the customer and the company. Track performance impact of all campaigns to make changes as necessary to achieve offer goals and improve impact and accuracy of future campaigns. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various teams to co-create and launch innovative products and campaigns, ensuring marketing efforts are cohesive and impactful. Category Revenue Management with Insight: Oversee assigned marketing revenue budget with a keen eye on channel performance, allocating campaign tactics and resources efficiently to maximize return on investment. Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Continuously assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies, using strategic metrics and measurement dashboards to inform and adjust tactics for optimal results. Marketing Asset Creation: Collaborate across teams and agency to produce compelling marketing materials that effectively communicate our brand's message across all channels. Marketing Industry: Be a thought leader on evolving industry trends and technology that would support the brand vision and goals. Market Research: Lead research on markets, customers, and competitors. Work with Customer Care, product development and sales in identifying trends, new development opportunities and growth strategies to develop and optimize marketing plans to meet/exceed revenue goals. Other Related: Performs other related duties as assigned. Required Skills/Abilities: Experience gathering, organizing and analyzing large amounts of information. Experience working with senior management or key decision makers in an organization. Strong research, analytical, and critical thinking skills with the ability to see things not readily apparent to others and to find unique solutions to complex challenges. Strong business acumen and ability to provide strong insights required to build marketing plans that meet and exceed revenue plans. Demonstrated proficiency of various marketing platforms and technologies: Digital Marketing: Experience in digital marketing tools to connect and engage with customer using tools such as, but not limited to websites, landing pages, mobile vs desktop customer experience, user experience and social media, video and E-Commerce. HubSpot: Experience in setting up and managing email campaigns, lead nurturing workflows, and forms. Proficiency in analyzing campaign performance within HubSpot and making data-driven decisions to improve marketing strategies. Google Analytics: Demonstrated success in managing PPC campaigns, including keyword research, ad copywriting, and conversion rate optimization. Experience in using analytics to refine and target campaigns more effectively. WordPress: Candidates should have experience customizing themes, optimizing SEO through plugins like Yoast, and managing content updates. Ability to integrate with other platforms and conduct website performance analysis using tools like Google Analytics. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment. Ability to portray a cooperative, professional, and positive attitude towards customers, managers, and other co-workers. Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent work experience required. 7+ years of marketing experience with a strong focus on B2C and ecommerce marketing required. 5+ years of strategic marketing planning and financial analysis required. Category management experience highly preferred. Strong proficiency in WordPress, HubSpot, social media (Meta, LinkedIn, X (formerly Twitter), and Google Analytics required. Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
