That’s the Call Dad way!” Overview: Call Dad AC and Heating is looking for a Head of Marketing to join our team and help us grow our brand awareness, customer base, and revenue. You will be responsible for developing and implementing the marketing vision, strategy, and plan, as well as managing the marketing budget and resources. You will also work closely with other departments, such as Customer Service, Sales, and Operations, to ensure a seamless and satisfying customer experience across all touchpoints. Responsibilities: Develop and execute the marketing strategy, goals, and metrics, in line with the company's vision, mission, and values Manage and optimize the marketing budget and resources, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness Create and implement engaging brand campaigns and initiatives that increase awareness, engagement, loyalty, and advocacy among our target audiences Develop and nurture all email, PPL, and social media marketing for the company Use and manage our marketing technology platforms effectively, such as ServiceTitan, Google Ads, and Google Analytics Work with the appropriate individuals to create graphics, photos, and videos for various marketing channels and materials Oversee all social media pages and ensure regular content is created that showcases our products, services, values, and customer stories Develop and execute a continuous content promotion strategy, using SEO, PPC, PR, and influencer marketing tactics Work with the sales team on lead generation, qualification, and marketing-to-sales handoff processes to ensure we are achieving our budget lead count Work with the customer service team on providing feedback to enhance all marketing efforts Organize and implement all community outreach programs, such as sponsoring youth sports in our markets Support all company events Build and sustain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, such as customers, partners, media, and vendors Maintain and uphold the brand identity, voice, tone, and style across all marketing channels and materials Stay informed on the latest marketing trends, best practices, and tools, and share learnings and recommendations with the team and the company Report on key results and predetermined KPIs, such as website traffic, lead generation, conversion rates, customer satisfaction, and ROI Perform any other tasks assigned by the Senior Leadership Team to facilitate the company's goals and objectives. Requirements: BA/BS or equivalent working experience. In-depth knowledge of the various paid marketing channels and technologies, including paid search (Google AdWords), retargeting, social network advertising (Nextdoor, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and more), and content distribution. Perform competitive research to understand what’s happening in the market, and incorporate your findings into each campaign/marketing channel for better results. Facilitate cross-functional communication among corporate teams and locations. Conduct analysis to determine the effectiveness of each marketing campaign, and report key findings to stakeholders. Experience handling marketing budgets and forecasting/reporting results. Working knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) and content management system (CMS) platforms. Demonstrated project management experience. Research and analytical skills. An understanding of digital marketing tools and tactics. Build and manage the company’s social media profiles and presence, including GMB, Nextdoor, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and additional channels that may be deemed relevant. Create shareable content appropriate for specific networks to spread both our brand and our content. Create content appropriate for customer engagement (Emails, SMS, newsletters, giveaways, promotions, referral programs, etc.) to spread both our brand and our content. Monitor and engage in relevant social discussions about our company, competitors, and/or industry, both from existing leads and customers as well as from brand new audiences. Drive consistent, relevant traffic and leads from our digital and traditional presence. Explore new ways to engage and identify new social networks to reach our target customers. Track, measure and analyze all initiatives to report on social media. Manage both on-page SEO and off-page SEO for the company. Collaborate with content marketing and blog contributors to create high-quality content around important, relevant terms. Manage and improve organic search engine performance and goal-setting based on clickthrough rates, traffic, and conversions. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and changes with SEO and major search engines. #J-18808-Ljbffr
