About LEOTEK:

We are a leading provider of high-quality LED street, area, site, and traffic signal lighting solutions. We are currently transitioning into an IoT solutions and Data Management Systems (DMS) provider, leveraging street lighting technology and lighting grid infrastructure as its foundation.

About The Role:

We are looking for a Sr Marketing Specialist at our US-based headquarters in San Jose, CA. Our ideal candidate has the proven ability to collaborate with executive leadership to make strategic recommendations based on data and leading marketing tactics. You are a skilled marketing strategist who is able to manage full scale marketing campaigns, drive lead generation, and inspire creativity and enthusiasm in others.

What You'll Do:

• Analyze LEOTEK’s marketing strategy and make recommendations for improvements.
• Collaborate with business team to uncover insights for developing marketing and branding strategies for existing and new products.
• Manage conception, development, and implementation of marketing campaigns (setting and achieving goals for relevant milestones).
• Develop new marketing strategies for lead generation, and design and implement a sales lead follow-up system.
• Maintain a high level of involvement in product launches (launch plan, collateral, marketing campaign, etc.).
• Understand key performance metrics and tracking tools for market research, forecasts, competitor analyses, campaign results, and consumer trends, and translate results into actionable insights for marketing team.
• Attend conventions, conferences, and trade shows, preparing engaging displays and collateral, and provide post-event reports and analysis.

Who You Are:

• 5+ years Marketing experience. Marketing experience in the lighting or smart technology industries preferred.
• B2B and B2C experience with proven knowledge of how to utilize distribution channels to bring brands to life.
• Successful track record in campaign creations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Working knowledge of graphic design, digital and print marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing.
• Willingness to engage in detailed, hands-on work as needed.
