Job Description:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Website strategy, planning, execution, and management
- Assist in driving traffic to Sourcewell's websites through SEM (SEO & PPC), programmatic ads, and social media.
- Make updates to website content including its digital assets under the guidance of the marketing team.
- Assist in optimizing website content for search engines by conducting keyword research, updating metadata, and following best practices for SEO to improve rankings and website visibility.
- Build landing pages in support of marketing campaigns.
- Create and maintain event registrations, landing pages, and confirmation emails under the guidance of campaign managers and the marketing events team.
- Follow digital marketing procedures/processes and ensures compliance with digital marketing regulations including customer privacy, spam, and data management.
- Support the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns from conception to completion to meet overall business goals.
- Assist with the creation of compelling and effective campaign assets including copy and landing pages.
- Segment lists of clients and partners into appropriate groupings under the guidance of brand managers and digital marketing leadership.
- Assist in monitoring campaign budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Monitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics to optimize tactics and drive continuous improvement.
- Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in web design, ADA compliance, web standards, social media trends, and digital marketing best practices.
- Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze the performance of websites.
- Develop actionable insights to optimize user experience and achieve business objectives.
- Implement A/B testing and other optimization technique to enhance website conversion rates.
- Continuously improve user experience to drive higher engagement and conversion.
- Build surveys under the direction of the Marketing Insights and VOC Manager.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance campaign effectiveness and innovation.
- Conduct post-campaign analysis and identify key learnings and areas for improvement.
- With guidance, identify opportunities to optimize processes, tools, and workflows to streamline campaign execution and drive efficiency.
- Participate in a culture of experimentation and testing to uncover new insights and opportunities for growth.
- Work closely with brand managers, event strategists, creatives, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and integration across all marketing initiatives.
- With guidance, collaborate with external partners, agencies, and vendors to execute digital marketing projects and leverage additional expertise and resources when needed.
- Communicate with stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment on project objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
- Assist with creating and conducting training for websites, including reviewing client-facing release notes.
- Collaborate closely with IT to ensure web projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.
- Assist technical teams in analyzing and translating business requirements.
- Represents Marketing at internal events, board meetings, and retreats.
- Represent Sourcewell at civic and social functions by attending local, regional, state, and national meetings and conferences.
- Attend and present at conferences, tradeshows, meetings, and other public events.
Additional Job Description:
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's in marketing, business, public relations, communications, or related field AND two (2) years of demonstrated experience in digital marketing or related roles
OR
A combination of related post-secondary and/or professional education and demonstrated relevant work experience in multimedia equivalent to a total of six (6) years. - Minimum of one (1) year of digital marketing experience including managing websites, analytics, and emails.
- Bachelor's in marketing, business, public relations, communications, or related field AND five (5) years of demonstrated experience in digital marketing or related roles
OR
A combination of related post-secondary and/or professional education and demonstrated relevant work experience in digital marketing equivalent to a total of seven (7) years. - Minimum of two (2) years of digital marketing experience including managing websites, analytics, and emails.
- Master's in marketing, business, public relations, communications, or related field
- Four (4) years of demonstrated experience in digital marketing or related roles
- Familiar with HTML and CSS
- Experience managing marketing through a CRM system/platform
- Relevant certifications
- Seven (7) years of demonstrated experience in digital marketing, or related roles
- Proficient in HTML and CSS
