Job Summary

The Marketing Coordinator wears many hats and serves as a key player, emphasizing a broad spectrum of responsibilities, including digital marketing, SEO, web management, graphic design, and copywriting. This dynamic role involves overseeing existing marketing technology, shaping the utilization of the most suitable tools and software to captivate and convert leads, and fostering customer acquisition and retention. The ideal candidate must seamlessly combine their creative communication skills with technical expertise to conceptualize, execute, and oversee Millar's extensive online marketing initiatives.

 

Position Responsibilities

  • Oversee marketing systems (Social Media, SEO, Website, Google Analytics, Webinars, Salesforce.com, etc.), their implementation, and usage.
  • Develops, posts and analyzes social media/blog content and campaigns to support and enhance Millar's brand and lead generation initiatives.
  • Update the website, web content audits and optimize website lead conversions.
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity for all team functions across the organization and summarize data.
  • Assist in implementing marketing and advertising campaigns by assembling and analyzing forecasts; preparing marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives; planning and organizing promotional presentations; and updating calendars.
  • Support efforts in digital asset management, marketing automation, social media monitoring, web analytics, and organic SEO management.
  • Assists customers through Pardot email marketing, automations, drip campaigns, dynamic content, landing pages, etc.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team, actively participating in brainstorming sessions to contribute to the conceptualization and development of creative marketing campaigns.
  • Provide ongoing support requests and administrative needs of internal team and users of website.
  • May be required to support the Marketing Team in other functions, such as tradeshow booth set up and lead generation at shows.
  • Additional tasks and duties as assigned.

 

Education, Experience, and Knowledge

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field or equivalent experience
  • At least 2-5 years’ recent marketing experience
  • Must have marketing experience with a strong digital background, including but not limited to Google AdWords, PPC, Canva, retargeting and social media
  • Ability to write compelling and engaging copy for a variety of channels (Social Media, Blogs, Press Releases, etc.)
  • A team player with strong interpersonal skills and innovative, positive thinking
  • Detail oriented, well organized, and independently competent
  • Excellent problem solving and project management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and work in a fast–paced, manufacturing setting
  • Experience with Salesforce.com and Pardot strongly preferred
  • B2B Marketing experience preferred
  • Google Ads Certification a plus
  • Ability to travel up to 25%
