We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing Communications Assistant to join our team and help us effectively convey our brand message to our audience. This role is ideal for a creative individual who is passionate about marketing and communications, and is eager to develop their skills in a fast-paced environment. The Marketing Communications Assistant will support the marketing department by assisting in the development and execution of marketing strategies that enhance our presence in the market. In this role, you will be involved in a variety of activities including conducting market research, drafting content for various channels, and assisting with the coordination of marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing communication strategies.
  • Draft, proofread, and enhance marketing content for brochures, newsletters, and social media.
  • Coordinate and support the organization of marketing events and campaigns.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences.
  • Maintain and update the marketing database and customer contact lists.
  • Help in the creation and scheduling of social media posts across various platforms.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers to produce marketing materials and visuals.


Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in a marketing or communications role is preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using social media platforms for business purposes.
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools and software is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
