About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Marketing to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a talented group of specialists in the development and execution of strategic marketing plans. This role is pivotal in maximizing revenues through various channels, including direct sales, marketing, e-commerce, public relations, and community partnerships. The VP of Marketing will also be a key strategic partner to the commercial team, working closely with business leaders in sales, revenue management, distribution, and e-commerce. Key focuses for the VP of Marketing include serving as a partner to business leaders and institutional ownership partners on brand positioning, driving digital marketing strategies, creating distribution plans, and maintaining clear communication with various stakeholders. The role requires a professional with a Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field, at least 5 years of senior-level marketing experience in the hospitality industry, and a strong understanding of traditional and online marketing strategies. The candidate should have a firm grasp of website management and be adept at analyzing and reporting on digital performance metrics. Responsibilities also include supporting sales and revenue management, preparing and maintaining annual marketing plans, and establishing effective relationships with agencies and media representatives.
