Job Description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing our marketing strategy with a heavy focus on demand and lead generation. You will lead the company’s marketing campaigns, evaluate our marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with internal and international teams. You will have a strong marketing background with excellent communication skills and attention to detail. We are seeking a highly knowledgeable and results-oriented Growth Marketing Manager to drive our business's expansion through advanced digital marketing strategies. This role demands an expert understanding of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, conversion rate optimization, and SEO content marketing. You will lead a talented team of 3 marketers, strategically integrating compelling copy with dynamic multimedia content to captivate the right audience at the optimal moment. Your deep expertise will convert attention into actionable growth, significantly elevating our brand and driving our business forward.
Strategy Development:
- Market Research: Conduct comprehensive market research to understand industry trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape.
- Goal Setting: Define digital marketing goals that align with overall business objectives including increasing brand awareness, generating leads, or driving sales.
- Campaign Planning: Develop strategic digital marketing plans and campaigns tailored to target audiences across various channels.
Channel Management:
- Digital Advertising: Oversee pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns, display ads, and social media advertising. Optimize ad spend and ad performance.
- Social Media Strategy: Strategize and implement strategies for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) to engage with audiences and build brand presence.
- Email Marketing: Develop email marketing strategies, including segmentation, automation, and personalized content to nurture leads and retain customers.
Content Strategy:
- Content Planning: Develop a content calendar that aligns with marketing goals and target audience interests.
- Content Creation: Collaborate with the team on content to ensure high-quality, relevant, and engaging content is produced.
- SEO: Implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to the company’s website.
Analytics and Optimization:
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and marketing automation platforms.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports and insights on campaign performance, including metrics such as traffic, conversion rates, engagement, and ROI.
- Optimization: Use data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns and strategies.
Budget Management:
- Resource Allocation: Manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across various channels and campaigns.
- Cost Analysis: Monitor and control costs associated with digital marketing efforts to maximize ROI.
Collaboration:
- Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with other departments, such as sales, customer service, and marketing to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with overall business goals.
- Leadership: Be an empathetic leader to an international team of 3- including a SEO Specialist and Graphic Designer
Stay Updated:
- Industry Trends: Stay informed about the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing. Continuously adapt strategies to incorporate new technologies and methodologies.
Customer Experience:
- User Journey Mapping: Analyze and optimize the customer journey from awareness to conversion to ensure a seamless and engaging experience across all digital touchpoints.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 4+ years of direct, growth-focused experience in digital marketing; Startup experience preferred
- 2+ years of people management experience
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing campaigns and strategies that drive results.
- Experience building a comprehensive digital marketing strategy from the ground up
- Possess understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/social media etc.) and market research methods
- Demonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and tools
