Summary We are seeking a highly motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to execute key areas of our marketing strategy, with a primary focus on email marketing (60%), content marketing (30%), and social media management (10%). This role is essential in driving customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth by ensuring precise execution of tactical marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and thrives in a collaborative environment, working closely with cross-functional teams like Sales, Product, Finance, and Data Science to deliver impactful campaigns. Responsibilities Email Marketing (60%) Lead execution of email campaigns from end-to-end, including building, testing, deploying, and optimizing emails using Marketo. Manage segmentation and personalization efforts, leveraging customer data to drive engagement and conversions. Monitor email performance and recommend improvements based on A/B testing, open rates, and click-through rates. Ensure email campaigns align with broader customer lifecycle goals (acquisition, retention, and upsell). Content Development (30%) Collaborate with internal teams to develop high-quality content (e.g., blogs, articles, case studies, landing pages, email copy) that aligns with business objectives. Work closely with product and sales teams to create relevant, targeted messaging that supports product launches and promotions. Ensure all content follows SEO best practices, optimizing for organic search performance. Leverage AI tools to maximize content development output and encompass key SEO-related elements. Social Media Management (10%) Support social media initiatives by creating, scheduling, and posting content on company social platforms. Monitor and engage with social media followers, responding to inquiries and identifying opportunities for engagement. Track social media performance and report on key engagement metrics. Qualifications Education: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Experience: 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on email marketing, content development, and social media. Tools & Platforms: Proficiency in Google Analytics, Marketo, Salesforce, Looker Studio, and PowerBI. Key Skills: Strong understanding of email marketing best practices and customer lifecycle strategies. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously, with strong attention to detail. Excellent copywriting and communication skills. Experience working with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business goals. Familiarity with SEO principles and content optimization techniques. Working knowledge of social media platforms and content management tools.
