About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Marketing to lead the development and implementation of short- and long-range marketing and strategic planning, with a focus on direct and online marketing for new services, programs, and communications. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a strategic marketing strategy that ensures a strong first impression for various stakeholders, including prospective students, the current student body, alumni, clinical partners, regulators, banking partners, and graduate employers. This role involves driving the design and execution of marketing initiatives to support the company's growth and revenue goals, including client development, brand management, and optimizing search engine capabilities. The Vice President will also be tasked with supervising a team, managing a media budget, and working closely with admissions, communications, and operations to achieve increased market share objectives. Candidates for the Vice President of Marketing position at the company must have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, with a Master's degree preferred, and at least ten years of experience in a senior marketing role with P&L responsibility. Experience in higher education is a plus. The role requires a proven track record in leading various marketing functions, including content marketing, SEM, SEO, email marketing, retargeting, paid social media, mobile, and display. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be performance-driven, and possess strong analytical and financial acumen. Superior leadership, cross-functional management, and project management skills are essential, as is a deep understanding of digital marketing and the ability to innovate and deliver measurable results. Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, such as Title IV and accreditation standards, is also necessary.
