Position Overview:

The Digital Marketing Strategist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aimed at increasing brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation. This role requires someone who can leverage data-driven insights to craft impactful campaigns that align with Metro One’s business goals. The ideal candidate will have expertise in B2B marketing and an understanding of the security and loss prevention industries.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a multi-channel digital marketing strategy focused on growing Metro One’s brand and driving customer acquisition.
  • Design and manage digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing to enhance brand awareness and generate qualified leads.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create targeted messaging and content strategies that reflect the unique value of Metro One’s services to key industries.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, competitive positioning, and customer needs, translating findings into actionable marketing initiatives.
  • Optimize the company website for user experience, SEO, and lead conversion, working closely with the web development team to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Analyze the performance of digital campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, and social media analytics, providing regular reports and recommendations for optimization.
  • Oversee the development of content for digital channels, including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, videos, and social media posts, ensuring consistency with brand messaging.
  • Manage PPC campaigns on Google Ads and social media platforms, ensuring campaigns are targeted effectively and budget is optimized.
  • Track and report on KPIs such as website traffic, conversion rates, lead quality, and social media engagement, ensuring campaigns align with business goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve Metro One’s digital strategies.
  • Lead efforts to improve online reputation management by managing reviews and responding to feedback on platforms such as Google My Business and Glassdoor.


Qualifications:

  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, concise, and compelling messaging tailored to different audiences.
  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Strategist or in a similar role, preferably in a B2B environment such as security, loss prevention, or related industries.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO/SEM, social media, PPC, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Strong experience with digital marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush, etc.) and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns (PPC, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
  • Proficiency in using marketing automation and CRM data to support lead generation and nurturing the sales process (e.g. PipeDrive, Pardot)
  • Familiarity with the security industry or loss prevention services is a plus but not required.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and a focus on measurable results.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
