Job Description: We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. This role will be pivotal in driving lead generation initiatives and optimizing our e-commerce capabilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing strategies, with a focus on maximizing ROI through effective campaign management, conversion rate optimization, and innovative digital tactics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation Vendor Management:
- Manage and optimize relationships with lead generation vendors, ensuring high-quality lead flow and maximizing ROI on partnerships.
- Evaluate and onboard new lead generation vendors to diversify lead sources and drive consistent growth.
- Monitor vendor performance, negotiate contracts, and implement strategies to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
- Strategic Planning and Collaboration for E-commerce Site:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, product, design) to integrate marketing strategies into the e-commerce site’s architecture and user experience.
- Drive the development and execution of the digital marketing strategy for the e-commerce site, aligning with overall business goals.
- Ensure SEO, SEM, and content marketing best practices are embedded in the site from inception to launch.
- Content and Messaging for E-commerce Site:
- Oversee the creation and optimization of content for the e-commerce site, including product descriptions, landing pages, and blog posts, ensuring all content aligns with brand messaging and drives conversions.
- Develop and implement a content strategy that enhances the user experience, supports SEO goals, and builds brand credibility.
- Customer Acquisition Strategies with a Focus on Affiliate Marketing:
- Design and implement customer acquisition strategies, with a particular emphasis on building and scaling affiliate marketing programs.
- Identify and partner with high-impact affiliates, negotiate terms, and manage relationships to drive traffic and conversions.
- Continuously optimize affiliate programs through performance analysis, testing, and leveraging new opportunities.
- Owned Leads Management:
- Develop and manage strategies to effectively nurture and convert owned leads, using a blend of email marketing, retargeting, and personalized content.
- Implement and manage lead scoring systems to prioritize and route leads to sales teams or automated nurture campaigns.
- SEO/SEM Expertise:
- Lead the strategy and execution of SEO and SEM initiatives, focusing on increasing organic traffic, improving search rankings, and driving cost-effective paid search campaigns.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, continuously optimizing campaigns based on algorithm updates and competitive analysis.
- Experience with Marketing Automation and Analytics Tools:
- Utilize marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) to create, manage, and optimize lead nurturing workflows, email campaigns, and customer journeys.
- Implement and manage advanced analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on lead generation and e-commerce.
- Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the insurance industry or with financial services is a plus.
- Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or similar platforms.
