At Wisler, we contribute much of our growth to the marketing team. This position is an ambassador of the brand. The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for ensuring marketing tasks, campaigns, projects, and events are coordinated and accomplished smoothly. The Marketing Coordinator helps maintain community partnerships and develops and manages a living marketing plan.

This position reports to the president. Key stakeholders include the leadership team, office employees, non-profit organizations, and 3rdparty marketing and advertising agencies.


Compensation

  • $25.00 - $30.00/hour

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and accomplish marketing and branding
  • Coordinate external communication calendar and execute tasks when needed
  • Ensure channel alignment (Public marketing messaging is true in sales, operations, and personnel)
  • Content collection (Pictures, videos, stories) and social media interaction when warranted
  • Schedule and create social media postings to represent the internal community
  • Respond to online reviews
  • Complete and/or ensure mailings are completed per plan.
  • Communicate all marketing with staff
  • Complete existing customer marketing by mail, email, and text when needed.
  • Create, order, proofread, and edit marketing material to ensure consistency
  • Maintain business listing and profiles
  • Review, measure, and make recommendations for marketing and budget
  • Help develop marketing plans and budgets based on data and results
  • Evaluate, monitor, and report campaign performance
  • Maintain website to ensure accuracy and ensure it is up to date
  • Maintain marketing budget spending levels within the given limits
  • Coordinate and plan trade shows

Job requirements

  • 1-3 years of marketing experience
  • Organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Competent in various marketing platforms and practices (Digital, social, and mass media)
  • Self-starter and capable of working independently
  • Analytical skills and reporting
  • Can lift 40lbs
  • Capable ofcultivating and sustaining positive professional relationships
  • Must be authorized to work in the US.
