What You’ll Do


As a Senior Analyst, you will play a critical role in shaping data-driven strategies, deriving insights, and providing valuable recommendations to optimize client performance. In this role you’re expected to be a trusted SME, strategic thought leader, process innovator, efficient executor, and account/client management masters. 


Responsibilities:


Account Strategy:

  • Collaborate with Senior Leaders to develop paid media strategies with client goals and objectives in mind.
  • Manage and execute paid media strategies and identify areas of opportunity for proactive client account management.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement recommended strategies.

Account Management:

  • Begin to serve as the point of contact on larger client accounts and be the primary point of contact on small to medium-sized client accounts.
  • Communicate campaign strategies, performance updates, and recommendations in a clear and professional manner.
  • Address client feedback and ensure client satisfaction.

Account Execution:

  • Implementation & maintenance of paid media campaigns across various platforms, including but not limited to PPC, display advertising, and social media.
  • Provide strategic insights and data-driven recommendations to optimize client campaigns and overall business strategies.
  • Manage budget allocation, bid strategies, and targeting to optimize campaign performance.
  • Ensure strategies are executed in accordance with industry best practices, client guidelines, and the Augurian process.

Analysis/Reporting:

  • Develop and generate insights that communicate data findings effectively.
  • Effectively leverage reports and visualizations to communicate insights/perspectives.
  • Establish, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of campaigns and initiatives.
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for internal teams and clients.
  • Optimize the use of analytics platforms to enhance data accuracy, efficiency, and reporting capabilities.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with other departments, including organic, analytics & sales when value can be delivered that is worth the impact. Specifically on client process

Thought Leadership and Practice Development:

  • Identify and test opportunities for process and strategy improvement within the paid media function.
  • Implement best practices and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Stay updated on industry-leading analytics tools and technologies.
  • Active participant in practice traditions and process
