Food and Beverage retailer is looking to add a Social Media Specialist to their corporate office. Position will work to support the Marketing Team and lead all social media initiatives and campaigns. The Social Media Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing social media campaigns that promote and develop brand cohesion. Responsibilities:
- Developing both organic and paid media campaigns
- Promoting community engagement
- Optimizing engagement through content and media initiatives
- Collaborating with creative project teams and designers for overall cohesive brand development
- Analyzing social media metrics and creating initiatives to increase engagement
- Collaborating with influencers and developing influencer relationships
- Managing all digital content and copy
- Utilizing social media strategizes to grow overall brand cohesion
- Curating content to increase online presence and brand awareness
- Overseeing content from planning and strategy through execution
- Researching market trends for social media strategy
- Overseeing social media initiatives and strategies to grow brand voice and reach
- Developing and managing social media and content calendar
- Building new media partnerships to grow online presence
- Utilizing analytics programs to make appropriate changes to campaigns/programs
- Coordinating with marketing team on campaign timeline
- Effectively communicating with cross-functional teams

Must Have:
- 3+ years in Social Media Coordinating/Management
- BA or BS in Social Media Management or Marketing preferred
- Proficiency in Adobe Programs
- Hands-on experience using social media platforms and analytics programs
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Intermediate to Advanced MSOffice
