Job Description Job Description Job Description: Social Media Manager Location: Birmingham, AL Salary: $60 - $65k Job Description: Social Media Manager Wettermark & Keith, a top-ranking personal injury law firm, is actively seeking an expert-level, highly experienced, and exceptionally strategic Social Media Manager to spearhead our paid social and paid video advertising efforts across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and potentially others. Our goal is to enhance the efficacy and ROI of our marketing campaigns through your advanced knowledge and innovative approach to social media advertising. In this critical role, you will be responsible for managing the company's paid social and video advertising strategy from conception through execution. Reporting directly to the Marketing Director, you will play a key role in strengthening the Marketing Team and driving the department’s success across various social media platforms. Key Responsibilities ● Develop and Execute Paid Social and Video Strategies: Design and manage impactful paid social media and video advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube, ensuring alignment with the company’s marketing objectives. ● Campaign Oversight: Manage all elements of paid social and video ad campaigns, including audience targeting, ad creation, optimization, and performance analysis. ● Advanced Audience Targeting: Implement sophisticated audience targeting methods such as custom audiences, lookalike audiences, remarketing, custom intent, and in-market audiences. ● Platform Proficiency: Demonstrate deep expertise in Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram Ads Manager) and Google Ads Video. ● Performance Analysis and Reporting: Utilize native reporting and analytics tools, including Google Analytics 4 (GA4), to continuously assess campaign performance. Prepare detailed reports on performance metrics, insights, and improvement recommendations for stakeholders. ● Advanced Tracking and Analytics: Set up and manage advanced tracking systems, including tracking parameters, call tracking, Meta Pixel, and conversion API. ● Optimization and A/B Testing: Conduct A/B testing and other optimization techniques to enhance ad performance and achieve campaign goals. ● Budget Management: Allocate and manage budgets effectively across various campaigns to maximize ROI. Adjust budgets based on performance and strategic needs. ● Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the Marketing Team to ensure paid social and video campaigns are integrated with overall marketing strategies and align with the brand's vision. Qualifications ● Professional Experience: At least 5 years of professional experience managing paid social media and video advertising campaigns. ● Expertise in Social Media Platforms: Mastery of tools and platforms for social media advertising, including Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads Manager, and Google Ads Video. ● Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. ● Strategic Thinking: Capable of developing and implementing comprehensive social media and video advertising strategies that drive business outcomes. ● Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace products. ● Time Management and Communication: Exceptional time-management skills combined with strong communication abilities. ● Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
