Job Summary

This role involves creating, planning, designing, and implementing a social media plan. We focus on Instagram and have small focuses on Facebook, Threads, Pinterest Tik Tok, and LinkedIn. You will be a big role on the marketing team, as we are a small business. Ensure all content aligns with our brand voice and objectives. Continually Analyze Data to increase visibility, improve engagement, grow our community, and improve sales.

Responsibilities

• Develop Social Media Strategy for Facebook, Instagram, Threads, Pinterest, and Tik Tok
• Conduct thorough research on industry-related topics and competitors
• Utilize content management systems to publish and manage online content effectively.
• Communicate and Gather content from Content creators for UGC
• Manage PR Packages
• Manage Brand Ambassadors
• While working on Social Media build the community. Community > EverythingPlan and execute social media giveaways
• Create BTS video content for social media in person at our location
• Collaborate with Graphic Designer and Marketing
• Assisting in Photo Shoots
• Continually Perform Data Analysis and use it to develop future strategies
• Create IG Reels
• Capture photos when needed of products
• Manage and engage on our Facebook Group

Requirements

• Strong understanding of Social Media specifically Instagram
• Canva Experience
• Adobe Illustrator
• Experience in creating reels and following trends
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects under deadlines.
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Knowledge of content management systems (CMS) is essential for this role.
