Our client is seeking a Group Media Director to oversee Paid Media programs for industry-leading Technology, Tourism, and Consumer brands. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role is pivotal in driving results through innovative media strategies, flawless execution, and a collaborative, team-first approach.
You’ll be part of a dynamic team of experts in Strategy, Client Service, Creative, SEO, Technology, and Analytics. As the agency’s go-to media expert, you’ll take center stage in client engagements while providing hands-on mentorship and strategic leadership backstage.

What You’ll Do
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and deliver actionable media strategies across Paid Search, Programmatic, and Social Media platforms to drive measurable client success.
- Operational Oversight: Manage team utilization, resource allocation, account assignments, and priorities to ensure seamless execution across multiple initiatives.
- Client Partnership: Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, proactively identifying opportunities to optimize investments and achieve objectives.
- Innovation: Partner with internal teams to evolve our media product roadmap, ensuring offerings are aligned with client needs and industry trends.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Collaborate with Analytics to simplify insights, develop testing strategies, and continuously improve program performance.
- Hands-On Expertise: Engage in platform-level reviews, audits, and technical tasks to support your team and deliver exceptional results.
What You Bring
- 8-12+ years of experience in agency, marketing technology, or consultancy environments with a proven track record across diverse clients.
- Hands-on expertise with platforms like Paid Search, Programmatic, and Paid Social, plus familiarity with CRMs, Google Analytics, SEMRush, aHrefs, and similar tools.
- Integrated media planning and measurement experience across B2B demand generation, eCommerce, and offline channels.
- Proven ability to manage multi-channel programs including SEM, programmatic, paid social, influencer, email, and more.
- Strong business acumen, testing strategies knowledge, and a results-driven mindset.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with a passion for mentoring and guiding teams to success.
