The Social Media Manager will be instrumental in shaping our online brand presence and building a strong community. This role requires expertise in B2B social media management to create impactful content and develop both organic and paid strategies. The manager will lead the execution across various platforms, aiming to boost customer engagement and enhance brand awareness. Overview:

  • Develop a strong understanding of our products and company by collaborating with Marketing, Design, Sales, and Customer Service teams.
  • Support the creation, production, and proofreading of sales materials, including catalogs, brochures, presentations, and relevant content for social media and the website.
  • Take ownership of new projects, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in managing a variety of tasks.
Key Tools Used:
  • Creative Skills: Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign
  • Analytical Tools: Google Analytics, Metia Business Suite
  • Content Scheduling - Buffer (preferred), or other similar experience
  • Paid Platforms: Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads,
  • Amazon Seller (desired, not required)
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (desired, not required)
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years of B2B social media management experience with a brand or agency.
  • Skilled at managing content across social platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Pinterest.
  • Proven ability to create engaging content and successful campaigns.
  • Comfortable using design tools like Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), Microsoft Office, Canva, and other creative software.
  • Experience developing effective CRM communication, including email campaigns.
  • strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and consistency.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work well in team settings.

salary: $22 - $25 per hour

Responsibilities
  • Social Media Plans: Create strategies to boost awareness, drive website traffic, and increase sales.
  • Platform Selection: Choose the most effective social media platforms for our target audience and messaging.
  • Content Calendar: Schedule consistent, relevant content.
  • Crafting Posts: Write engaging captions and design visually appealing graphics, images, and videos.
  • Campaigns: Develop and execute promotional campaigns for products, services, and events.
  • Brand Voice: Ensure tone and messaging are authentic and align with brand values.
  • Engagement: Respond to comments, messages, and mentions to build relationships.
  • Monitor Feedback: Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly; escalate significant issues to leadership.
  • Grow Community: Foster connection through interactive content like polls and Q&As.
  • Metrics Tracking: Monitor KPIs including engagement, growth, reach, conversions, and clicks.
  • Performance Reports: Provide regular updates with recommendations for improvement.
  • Paid Campaigns: Strategize and execute paid social and digital media campaigns.
  • Budget Management: Allocate and manage ad budgets effectively.
  • Viral Content: Utilize trending topics and formats to increase reach.
  • Teamwork: Coordinate with marketing, design, and sales to ensure a cohesive online presence.
  • Influencer Partnerships: Identify and collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors.
  • Sentiment Monitoring: Track brand mentions and public perception, including Google My Business pages.
