Ultimate Staffing is seeking a HYBRID Social Media Specialist. This role is onsite Monday- Thursday, work from home on Friday.

Pay: $32- $37/ hour (depending on experience)

Responsibilities

  • Manage posting schedules across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and other channels.
  • Create varied content based on platform performance (e.g., stories, Reels).
  • Stay on top of trends and make content recommendations.
  • Use tools like Sprout Social to post regularly and drive engagement.
  • Collaborate with the manager to meet KPIs like follower growth and engagement.
  • Build relationships with influencers and engage with relevant content.
  • Assist with marketing tasks, product launches, and promotional activities.
  • Provide weekly reports on social media performance and sentiment.
  • Oversee customer support on social platforms, ensuring timely responses.

Qualifications

  • 3-4 years of social media experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with Sprout Social or similar tools is a plus.
  • Passion for lifestyle, fitness, and outdoor activities.
