Do you want to use your creative and strategic mindset to help small to medium sized businesses? We are looking for a highly organized, self-directed Social Media professional to join our team. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for the strategy and implementation of multiple social media products for our clients.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop social media strategies for small to medium sized businesses
  • Manage all social media products from YPC Media's menu of products
    • This includes paid and organic social media strategies.
  • Create and maintain monthly reports on current products and emerging trends to report directly to the Director of Operations
  • Expertise in paid media, with a focus on social media; knowledge of programmatic, search and/or traditional media experience a plus
  • Identify opportunities to improve the social media products and services YPC Media provides to their customers.
Requirements:
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field
  • 3-5 years of social media management experience
  • 3-5 years of Facebook Business Manager experience
  • Ability to create ad designs and write ad copy
  • 3-5 years of experience creating content calendars for brands
  • Any Facebook Blueprint Certifications are a plus but not required
  • Displays in-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Has the ability to create social media content for a variety of industries
  • Stays up to date with all Social Media marketing industry trends
