Job Description:

 

Hampstead Pre-Owned is seeking a creative and driven Social Media Manager to join our team and enhance our online presence.

 

The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our social media strategy across various platforms. This role involves creating engaging content, analyzing performance metrics, and fostering a strong online community to drive brand awareness and generate leads. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of social media trends, strong communication skills, and a passion for automotive marketing.

 

The Social Media Manager will shadow our owner throughout his day; filming and taking photos with the goal of creating social media content for his individual brand. This role is intended to build brand awareness and drive leads by creating an influencer persona attached to our dealership.

 

As our owner's shadow you will also be expected to act as his assistant. This will consist of acting as his driver, taking phone calls and other duties as needed.

 

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engage with our audience, and drive traffic to our website and dealership.

  • Shadow our owner while filming original content and taking high quality photos

  • Develop and curate compelling content, including posts, images, videos, and promotions, tailored to each social media platform

  • Interact with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build relationships with our online community

  • Ensure that all social media content aligns with the dealership’s brand voice, values, and messaging; maintain a consistent and positive image across all platforms

  • Track and analyze social media metrics and performance to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies

 

Qualifications(Certifications, Skills):

  • Previous experience with videography and photography

  • Prior experience creating content for social media

  • Proven experience managing campaigns on social media

  • Strong understanding of various social media platforms

  • Excellent writing and editing skills with a keen eye for visual content

  • Ability to create engaging and creative content that resonates with our target audience and drives engagement

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Previous experience building an individual's personal brand

  • Previous experience with social media content in the automotive industry (preferred)

  • Previous experience as an administrative or executive assistant or experience in a similar role (required)

 

Experience:

 

We are searching for candidates who have previous experience building an influencers/individuals personal brand by utilizing social media campaigns.

 

Bonus points if you have used the personal brand's publicity to drive leads to a business.

 

The goal of this role is to have the hired employee shadow our owner therefore we are looking for social media managers with prior experience acting as an assistant in some capacity.

 

Compensation:

 

Salary: $50,000 - $80,000 (Based on experience)
