In this fully remote role, you will be a key member of our talented team, leading media strategy, lead generation efforts, and digital media channels. You will collaborate with the Digital Marketing Director, Media Analyst, and the Marketing Services team to manage and optimize paid media and lead generation strategies across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Microsoft Ads, programmatic ad platforms, and more. Your goal will be to ensure we meet our clients' monthly targets by managing and optimizing their paid media accounts.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Paid Search and Paid Social Strategy & Execution:
- Understand client strategies and align them with paid media efforts to meet client goals
- Setup and manage campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Facebook Ads
- Managing campaign spending to ensure advertising stays within budget and deliver efficient results
- Review account performance and proactively make optimizations to ensure accounts are meeting KPIs and delivering against goals
Monitoring & Management:
- Regularly review accounts and make ongoing optimizations to ensure we are maximizing results and delivering efficient CPLs
- Ensure accounts are running in an efficient manor, ensuring spend and lead pacing is on track to meet monthly goals
Testing and Optimization:
- Create a cadence of consistent testing and optimizations across paid media channels
- Optimize and grow paid media campaigns through testing (A/B and multivariate) with ad copy, landing pages, bidding strategies, negative keywords, etc.
Testing and Optimization:
- Partner with the Media Analyst to provide insights for monthly reporting, sharing optimizations, and next steps to drive continual improvement
- Monitor digital marketing trends, tools, and applications, helping to drive the direction of paid media strategies across the agency
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience / Skills:
- A minimum of 6 years experience within the paid media industries-with specific expertise in Paid Search, Paid Social, and Display platforms
- Solid experience with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Programmatic Display platforms-with experience using Demand Side Platforms (DSPs) preferred
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google LookerStudio for data/conversion tracking and visualization
- Google Ads certified in Search, Display, and/or Measurement
- Experience with keyword research and paid search campaign strategy
- Strong written and verbal communication, excellent analytical skills, and data-driven thinking
- Proficiency with G Suite applications (i.e., Google Sheets, Docs, Slides)
