· Develop Social Media Strategy: Craft and execute social media strategies that reflect each client’s brand identity and business goals.

· Innovative Campaigns: Suggest and launch campaigns and promotions that build brand awareness and engage target audiences.

· Engaging Content Creation: Create and schedule fresh, impactful content (including original text, visuals, and video) that captivates followers daily.

· Platform Management: Oversee multiple client accounts, scheduling content and tracking performance with social media scheduling tools.

· Trend Spotting & Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends and audience preferences to ensure our clients’ content remains relevant and engaging.

· Client Interaction Monitoring: Keep a pulse on social mentions, audience engagement, and client feedback to foster positive interaction.

· Team Collaboration: Work closely with our team and clients to create fun and engaging content that maintains brand consistency across all channels.

· Community Engagement: Communicate with followers, respond promptly to engagement, and manage client reviews with professionalism.

· Creative Development: Work closely with the Marketing Director and Creative Director to create cohesive and consistent content that drives success and helps our clients to reach their goals.

· Objective Setting & Reporting: Set performance metrics, track ROI, and regularly present insights on content performance and best practices.

Requirements:

· Location: Fort Lauderdale office-based role. Local applicants only please.

· Experience: At least 3 years of proven, professional experience in social media management (agency or freelance background strongly preferred). MUST HAVE A PORTFOLIO ATTACHED TO BE CONSIDERED (showing us the feeds of your previous clients is acceptable, result or reports are helpful too).

· Availability: Mondays thru Fridays 9 – 5:30pm. Some weekend time will be needed to do light community management and attend fun sponsored events like concerts, festivals, and speaking engagements for our clients (Weekly hours will be adjusted to accommodate these events).

· Skills: Demonstrated ability to create content, manage time effectively, and oversee multiple accounts with precision and attention to detail.

· Technical Skills: Expertise in content management, copywriting, and audience growth. Knowledge of photography, videography, or graphic design is a bonus.

· Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must.

· Analytical: Data-driven with a strategic approach to social media and campaign management.

· Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field is preferred.
