Job Description:
We’re looking for a Media & Creatives Coordinator to join our team! You should have a passion for
marketing, content creation, strategy implementation, and the sports/fitness industry. You will
work to implement social media strategies and create content at Human Performance Solutions.
• Work within a team to promote programs, services, special events, and other projects via photos/video with keen attention to detail
• Capture engaging photos/videos to support the creative process of marketing content
• Think creatively and develop a robust photo/video library
• Create engaging and attention-grabbing graphics
• Create engaging content for all major social media platforms to increase brand awareness
• Brainstorm and offer ideas for social media projects/opportunities
• Schedule content to be published on social media at ideal times
• Assist with monitoring the social media channels and activities
• Develop a robust and engaging social media content calendar
• Other duties as assigned
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Creative mindset and excellent knowledge of social media platforms
• Displays excellent written and oral communication skills along with a strong work ethic
• Proficient in photography/ videography techniques, including editing
• Ability to provide photography/videography for social media and/or website
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
• Background/knowledge of the sports world encouraged but not required
