Founded in 2023, Cocomint Inc is the owner of the beauty brand Cocomint Beauty, which is the "1 retail destination for Asian Beauty" on TikTok Shop (cocomintbeauty). Cocomint Inc is also a TikTok Shop Partner (TSP), which offers management services for brands looking to scale their presence and operations on TikTok Shop. Job Summary As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engage with the audience, and generate sales. The ideal candidate is comfortable in front of the camera and will be an active presence in the company's social media content. Prior experience working as a Social Media Manager in the beauty industry is a must. Please highlight any content creation, copywriting, and influencer management experience. Duties - Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms - Develop social media campaigns to promote brand visibility and increase engagement - Monitor social media channels for trends and opportunities - Analyze social media performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly - Recruit and manage influencers, UGC creators, and affiliates - Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and tools - Manage social media advertising campaigns Requirements - 5 years of experience as a Social Media Manager in the beauty industry - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Experience in photography, video editing, and graphic design is a plus - Experience recruiting and managing beauty influencers, UGC Creators and affiliates - Familiarity with social listening tools and social media marketing techniques - Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field The duties listed in this job description represent a general overview of the role and may not encompass all responsibilities; additional tasks may be assigned as needed Job Type: Full-time Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) matching Paid time off Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Ability to Commute: Norwalk, CA 90650 (Required) Work Location: In person
