Bilingual Social Media Manager Responsibilities:

• Develop, plan and execute compelling social media content (images, videos, copy) in both English to Spanish that aligns with the brand voice and marketing objectives
• Create and implement social media strategies to increase engagement, follower growth and brand awareness across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter and emerging platforms
• Monitor, engage, and respond to comments and messages in both languages, fostering an active and positive online community
• Track and analyze performance metrics to optimize content and inform future strategies. Provide regular reports on campaign effectiveness and ROI
• Ensure all content is culturally appropriate and resonates with target audiences in both languages

Bilingual Social Media Manager Requirements:

• Bilingual in Spanish with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• 3+ years of experience managing social media for a brand or agency, preferably in the food and beverage industry
• A strong eye for design, storytelling and creating content that resonates with diverse audiences
• Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite), analytics platforms and basic graphic design or video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
• Ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly
