Position Overview
Align ENT & Allergy is searching for a full-time social media marketing associate. This is a unique, exciting, and new position in a growth-focused, nascent healthcare platform supporting our cosmetic plastic surgery service line. Our social media marketing associate candidate is self-motivated, passionate, and results-driven; thrives working independently; possesses exceptional communication skills, including strong writing ability; is detail-oriented, data-driven, analytical, able to adapt quickly to drive impact; and is comfortable working in a medical and surgical environment.

Responsibilities
- Content and Platform Management: Create a social media content calendar and budget to align with growth initiatives. Manage and grow practice social media accounts by creating posting content, responding and engaging with followers, analyzing performance metrics, and adapting to grow followers, engagement, and brand visibility.
- Surgical Filming: Collaborate with surgeons and teams to film live surgical procedures while adhering to strict privacy, safety, and compliance guidelines, e.g., HIPAA regulations.
- Content Editing and Storytelling: Edit video footage into short, compelling, and engaging content that can be shared across various social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn
- Compliance: Ensure all content complies with healthcare regulations, maintaining patient confidentiality and ethical standards
- Performance Metrics: Establish and analyze social media analytics to drive results
- Trends: Stay updated on competitors, trends, and content strategies to continuously improve quality and reach
- Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with the physicians and marketing to ensure goal alignment, brand standards, and brand build.

Requirements
Required education and experience
- Experience filming videos in a surgical suite – plastic surgery preferred.
- Excellent design and video editing skills with Adobe Suite, Canva, or similar, necessary
- Proven experience with demonstrated results managing and creating content for healthcare social media accounts, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn
- Understanding, experience, and compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Certifications in Google Analytics, HubSpot social media, Sprout Social, and Hootsuite beneficial
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public relations, journalism, business, or digital media preferred
