Job Description
Our company is a dynamic group of brick-and-mortar car dealerships operating in five states. Marketing initiatives are managed from our Miami Lakes offices with local assistance in the three states with our greatest concentration of stores.
We seek an energetic individual to head up our Social Media efforts across our company (60+ locations in 5 states). This would include all paid social media advertising management with our marketing agency, managing all social media accounts, managing our video content team, using influencer marketing, and training our front-line team for best practices while interacting with customers and posting to build their brand and our brand. Additional responsibilities include developing a social media strategy, planning and scheduling posts, engaging with followers, monitoring social media metrics, and analyzing data to track the success of campaigns. You would also be responsible for staying up-to-date on social media trends and best practices, collaborating with other teams to ensure a cohesive brand presence across all platforms, and coordinating with other team members to execute paid advertising campaigns on social media. Excellent communication skills, creativity, and a strong understanding of social media algorithms are essential for success in this role.
