Seeking a Digital/Social Media Marketing Manager who works with marketing teams to promote/develop a businesss products and services through social media platforms, websites and apps. Their main duties and responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing digital marketing strategies, including social media advertising, email marketing, display ads, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Pay Per Click (PPC)
- Building and maintaining a brands presence across multiple social media channels
- Creating, executing and monitoring marketing campaign budgets
- Collaborating with media and sales teams to improve marketing results
- Measuring key performance metrics, including website traffic, audience engagement, service quotas, bounce rate and ad spend return on investment
- Coordinating with the digital marketing team to identify innovative growth strategies
- Preparing reports on the performance of marketing campaigns
- Using advanced analytics software to identify customer touchpoints and assess end-to-end customer experience across diverse digital channels
- Develop, manage, and execute social media strategies to grow brand presence.
- Create and schedule engaging content for multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Work closely with the marketing team to align social media content with overall brand strategy.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize content and increase engagement.
- Stay up to date on social media trends and tools, adapting strategies accordingly.
- Hybrid work In office 4 days a week
- Bachelors degree in marketing, Marketing Communication, Public Relations, Digital Marketing or related field from an accredited university required
- Minimum of 3 years digital marketing experience required
- Experience managing and developing content for social media
- Experience with digital Ad buys
- Brand development experience
- Strategic Thinker

- Experience with content creation tools like Canva.
