Prevailance is hiring: Social Media / Digital Production Specialist in Norfolk

This position is contingent upon contract award.

Prevailance is seeking an experienced, mission-focused professional to be a Social Media / Digital Production Specialist.

Tasking will include, but not limited to:

• Deliver the requisite digital products, video and imagery, to inform online audiences
• Attend meetings in order to source appropriate content for identified stakeholders
• Steward unit engagement on Command wide initiatives
• Plan content, create posts, optimize content and technology
• Create graphics that complement the messaging

Requirements:

Essential Qualifications

• Demonstrate the ability to deliver content creation and narrative structure by providing three (3) examples of their OWN video work
• Three or more years’ experience in the field developing visual support for communication campaigns
• Three or more years of working knowledge of media and social platforms
• Three or more years of working knowledge of graphic design
• Three or more years of experience with photo and video production
• US Citizen

Desirable Qualifications

• Possess a familiarity with the organization and hierarchy of the military rank and grade structure
• Possess a knowledge of military terminology

Education

Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a relevant field such as digital marketing, animation, moving graphics, film and television production, or similar
