This innovation enables each Hampden watch to become more than a timepiece: it’s a canvas for personalization, where customers can add handwritten notes, logos, or any detail that commemorates milestones and cherished memories.
As we relaunch Hampden Watch as a personalized watch brand in Spring 2025, this internship offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact, helping to shape how we reintroduce ourselves to a new generation of customers through storytelling and content creation.
About the Role:
This part-time internship offers a $1,000/month stipend for 10-15 hours per week and is based in our Chicago office in the vibrant Fulton Market neighborhood.
As our first foray into short-form video content, you’ll work closely with the President of Hampden Watch and our small marketing team to film and produce engaging videos that showcase the heritage, history, and craftsmanship of our brand. You’ll be at the forefront of developing our voice on platforms like TikTok and Instagram Reels, crafting content that bridges the past and present of our storied business.
What You’ll Do:
• Conceptualize and produce short-form video content to bring our brand story to life.
• Collaborate directly with the President of Hampden Watch to capture authentic, behind-the-scenes stories about our heritage and innovation.
• Assist in planning and scheduling social media posts across platforms.
• Stay on top of social media trends and propose ideas to incorporate them into our content.
• Help launch and grow Hampden Watch’s presence on short-form video platforms, starting with TikTok and Instagram Reels.
What We’re Looking For:
• An undergraduate or recent graduate with a strong portfolio of relevant work in video content creation.
• A creative thinker who embraces experimentation and thrives in a collaborative environment.
• A digital native who’s comfortable using tools like TikTok, Instagram, Canva, and Adobe Premiere.
• Someone who loves storytelling and is excited to help shape the voice of a historic watch brand.
• Must be available to work in-person 1-2 days/week at our Fulton Market office in Chicago from January-May 2025.
