About the Role
The Company is seeking an SVP for Retail Media Analytics, a remote-friendly leadership role within the Insights & Analytics practice. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving growth, thought leadership, and innovation in retail media, with a focus on data and analytics expertise. This role requires a deep understanding of retail media, marketing measurement, and data monetization to serve as a strategic partner to clients, helping them maximize the ROI of their programs. The SVP will also be a key collaborator with various internal teams, including strategy, audience science, media tools, ad tech, data, digital, and operations. Applicants for the SVP position should have a background in retail media, advertising media measurement, ad/mar technology, and exposure to addressable identity solutions. The role demands knowledge of people-based marketing, brand research, and measurement across various media channels, as well as experience with testing methods. The ideal candidate will have a strong quantitative background, experience in new data set identification and onboarding, and the ability to lead and build an innovative team. Responsibilities include leading analytics engagements, creating measurement strategies, and working with executive leadership to turn data into actionable insights. The SVP will also be involved in business development, providing thought leadership, and enhancing the company's products with leading retail media technologies. A B.S. or MBA in a relevant field, 10 years experience in a quantitative business environment, and a deep understanding of various ad technologies are essential qualifications for this role.
