You are detail-oriented, self-motivated, and thrive managing multiple accounts with varying budgets. Your technical expertise, combined with a passion for learning, will support our team’s success. Since many of our clients are in the medical field, adaptability and a willingness to learn new industry concepts are essential as you balance complex campaign strategies with a commitment to delivering outstanding results.

Why should you choose Etna?

  • Outstanding Benefits:
    1. We offer 100% employer-sponsored medical coverage, 401(K) with matching, and employer-sponsored long-term disability insurance.

Why should Etna choose you?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Business (preferred) and 4+ years of relevant experience managing paid media campaigns, including at least 2 years in an agency setting.
  • Skilled in full-funnel account management across PPC, Paid Social, and Programmatic/Display channels.
  • Solid technical foundation, with expertise in Unbounce, Optmyzr, SpyFu, Excel, Ahrefs, and certifications in Google AdWords, Google Analytics, and Meta.
  • Exceptional communication and organization skills; can clearly communicate data insights, client updates, and campaign recommendations.
  • Enjoys mentoring junior team members and is comfortable engaging with clients on calls when needed.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA is a plus, given our focus on healthcare.

Role Responsibilities

As a Senior Paid Media Specialist, you’ll:

  • Lead the development of strategic paid media campaigns, aligning them with client goals to deliver high-impact results.
  • Drive continuous optimization, managing and enhancing campaigns across platforms to maximize client ROI.
  • Consult with clients and teams to ensure paid media efforts integrate with broader marketing strategies, serving as a knowledgeable and reliable client partner.
  • Mentor junior team members and collaborate across departments, sharing expertise and fostering a high-performing team environment.
  • Monitor and report on KPIs, utilizing tools like Birdview and Optmyzr, and adjust strategies based on performance insights.

We have a special interest in finding candidates with excellent organization and communication skills. While a strong skillset and innate intelligence will get you in the door, a kind personality, and the ability to fit in with the culture at Etna are necessary traits of a successful applicant.
