seeking a creative, results-driven Social Media Manager to join our team remotely to
help bring our brand stories to life across multiple social platforms.
Position Overview:
The Social Media Manager will manage social media accounts for multiple brands,
creating engaging content, building brand communities, and driving growth. This role is
perfect for a Seattle-based digital specialist or contractor who’s passionate about
crafting impactful brand voices and connecting with audiences on a personal level.
Key Responsibilities:
• Content Creation & Scheduling: Plan, create, and publish social media content
that reflects each brand’s unique personality, scheduling posts for optimal
engagement.
• Community Management: Monitor, engage, and grow our online communities,
responding to messages and comments in a timely, on-brand manner.
• Analytics & Reporting: Track social media performance and report on key
metrics to assess content effectiveness, making data-driven adjustments as
needed.
• Campaign Management: Collaborate with marketing teams to support
promotional campaigns, product launches, and other brand initiatives on social
media.
• Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on the latest social media trends and platform
updates, bringing fresh ideas and innovation to our social media presence.
Qualifications:
• Experience: 2+ years in social media management, preferably for consumer
brands.
• Platform Knowledge: Proficiency in major platforms (Instagram, Facebook,
Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok) and scheduling tools (e.g., Sprout Social or Hootsuite).
• Creativity & Attention to Detail: A strong eye for design and ability to craft
content (including text, images, video, graphics, etc.) that captures attention and
drives engagement.
• Analytical Mindset: Experience with social media analytics and data
interpretation, turning insights into strategy.
• Remote Work Ready: Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage projects
independently.
Contract Details:
• Duration: Flexible, with potential for extension based on performance.
• Hours: Approximately 15-20 hours per week to start, with flexibility as needed
