Kitchen and Bath Designer and Social Media Manager Job Summary

Seeking a creative and skilled candidate for a growing Kitchen and Bath showroom. We focus on sales of wholesale cabinets, shower walls and shower doors. Our company sells to independent contractors, homeowners and to large general contracting companies specializing in large scale construction projects.

Applicants must have at least 5 years of experience in Kitchen and Bath design, a portfolio of your past design work. You should also be proficient in 2020 design software. Our ideal candidate has excellent communication and customer service skills, a creative eye, and can meet deadlines.

Additionally, the candidate should be able to assist in establishing and using social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Houzz, TikTok and LinkedIn to promote business and help drive traffic. You should have excellent writing skills, an eye for selecting content with significant visual interest and the ability to engage users.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to discuss their kitchen or bath design goals
• Draw up plans and sales packet to show clients
• Draft detailed plans for the installer to follow
• Create accurate quotes for final sale and review order acknowledgments.
• Follow up with contractors and customers to assist with missing or replacement parts
• Help create content for multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Houzz, TikTok and LinkedIn.
• Help engage Shapes with social media sites to promote company and drive traffic to showroom

Requirements and Qualifications

• Proficient in digital content creation, email marketing, and campaign management
• Experience as a design intern, design assistant, or interior designer
• Familiarity with the details and nuances of building a kitchen
• Project management skills
• The ability to read blueprints
• A portfolio of past work
• Proficiency with 2020 design software
