Then youll want to talk to us about this role! Right now we are looking for a Senior Account Executive of CTV & Digital Sales to join our team! What You Will Do: Be a creative thinker and hunter! Sell into Mid-market Agency and Direct Client Relationships that provide access to digital budgets Strong written and verbal pitch skills to get meetings, grow strategic relationships and ultimately produce OTT, CTV and Digital media revenue Master and evangelize Cadents unique Addressable OTT/CTV platform and technology Help potential customers understand the applicable OTT/CTV use cases and test scenarios Leverage measurement capabilities to differentiate Cadents OTT/CTV value proposition Coordinate cross functional efficiency help Cadent create the best process and procedures to scale our growing OTT/CTV business Provide real-time customer feedback to internal Cadent teams to help shape product and solution development Ownership of weekly pipeline and quarterly forecast Hit sales goals Your Skills: 7+ years of experience selling advanced TV, OTT/CTV or OLV advertising solutions. Platform sales experience a plus (DSPs, SSPs, Inventory Aggregators, etc) Mid-market Agency & Client Direct Relationships Established track record of revenue obtainment results A passion and understanding of both data driven CTV advertising and the streaming marketplace Strong presentation skills with or without a deck Strong discovery skills obtaining market feedback is key to help Cadent shape and differentiate our OTT/CTV and overall marketplace offering Experience driving new business Coachability and being able to evolve with shifting product offerings and marketplace conditions Thrives in a fast-paced environment A high level of curiosity and the ability to work beyond the defined boundaries of the role Excellent communication skills Ability to break down complex data-driven TV solutions into digestible pitches, and drive sales across all levels of the agency / client partners.
